ARE YOU TAKING PRE-ORDERS?
At this point, we have shipped to everyone that held a spot in line. If the Pi or bundle that you want is out of stock, please request an in stock notification to be notified when new units arrive.
IS A NEW POWER SUPPLY REQUIRED FOR PI 5?
It depends. The board will boot on a Pi 4 USB supply, but we don't recommend it for any real world applications.
IS A NEW OS REQUIRED?
Pi 5 does require the latest version of the Raspberry Pi OS, called Bookworm. This OS has been optimized to take advantage of all that Pi 5 has to offer.
