PepperTech Digital Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions
The person or business making a claim against this warranty shall be required to document proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Additionally, the person or business making a warranty claim may be required to respond to questions designed to assist with problem diagnosis or to allow PepperTech Digital to provide the best resolution to the warranty claim.
LuluPepper Media LLC dba PepperTech Digital shall reserve the right, in its sole determination and at its expense, to refund, repair or replace the defective Product or part or deliver an equivalent Product or part to the customer. The warranty period for any replacement parts or Products continues from the original date of purchase. Returned Products for replacement become the property of PepperTech Digital. Replacement Products may be new or reconditioned.
PepperTech Digital shall not be responsible for any software, firmware, information, or memory data contained in, stored on, or integrated with any Products returned to PepperTech Digital pursuant to any warranty.
YOU SHOULD MAKE PERIODIC BACKUP COPIES OF ANY INFORMATION, PROGRAMS, CODE, IMAGES AND CONTENTS STORED ON THE PRODUCTS. LULUPEPPER MEDIA LLC ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON ANY STORAGE MEDIA USED BY, OR PART OF, THE PRODUCTS.
LULUPEPPER MEDIA LLC ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, TO ANY DEVICE, STRUCTURE OR VEHICLE USED TO STORE, OPERATE, ATTACHED TO, USED WITH, OR FOR WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE INCORPORATED INTO. YOU SHOULD CONFIRM THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS FOR YOUR INTENDED USE PRIOR TO USING THE PRODUCTS.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota.
Any claim or suit that may arise from this warranty shall be adjudicated in the courts of Scott County, MN or the United States District Court in St. Paul, MN. By purchasing the products, you agree to these venues.

LuluPepper Media LLC dba PepperTech Digital manufactures its hardware and kit products (hereinafter “Product” or “Products”) from authentic parts and components that are new or equivalent to new consistent with industry-standard practices.
PepperTech Digital is a subsidiary of LuluPepper Media LLC. Any reference herein to “PepperTech Digital” shall mean LuluPepper Media LLC dba PepperTech Digital.
As stated herein, this warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Products. Any reference herein to “Customer” shall mean the original purchaser of the Products.
WARRANTY
PepperTech Digital warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. The lifetime limited warranty term begins on the date of Product purchase, subject to those limitations described herein.
LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS
This warranty provided herein is subject to the following limitations:
- This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser;
- This warranty is applicable only to Products purchased from authorized resellers or distributors;
- This warranty is non-transferable and is not applicable to any Product purchased from an unauthorized reseller;
- This warranty applies from the date of purchase through the published end-of-life date of the Product;
- This warranty is void if the Product has been found to have been subject to excessive physical, electrical or thermal stress, or has otherwise been mishandled, inappropriately stored or used, damaged in shipping, or has been intentionally damaged;
- This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, such as scratches or discoloration;
- This warranty does not apply to consumable components, such as batteries;
- This warranty does not apply to any devices or software used with, attached to, or for which the Product is incorporated into.
