Our order cutoff time for same day shipping is 4:00PM CT, Monday through Friday and 10:00AM CT Saturday. We ship most orders received by our cutoff time on the same day.

Our central U.S. location allows us to get the majority of orders to you in 2 to 3 business days. 2-Day and Next Day service is also available for most orders.

Some products require a signature on delivery. If you are not at the delivery location when the delivery attempt is made, your carrier will leave a notice informing you of next steps.

We are only able to update the delivery address to match the billing address that we have on file and that is entered at the time of order. Please contact us to request an address change. There is a $29.00 non-refundable fee for parcel intercept requests. Please note that a successful intercept is not guaranteed.

Our last regular shipping day of 2023 is Friday, 12/22/23. Between 12/23 and 1/1/24, we will operate on a reduced schedule. Please expect 1-3 day shipping times during the holiday season. Normal shipping operations resume on 1/2/24.

Our Next Flight service is a premium shipping service for critical needs, where same day delivery is required. Stayed tuned for updates as we determine delivery cities and shipping requirements.

In addition to updated pricing, USPS will introduce a new domestic shipping service called USPS Ground Advantage™ on July 9, 2023. Ground Advantage combines the services currently offered through USPS Retail Ground, Parcel Select Ground, and First-Class Package Service.

How will this impact PepperTech Digital Shipping?

Ground advantage will allow us to offer a new, lower cost, shipping option for parcels over 1 pound to our customers. You will see the new options appear on July 9th.

How does this impact delivery times?

Shipments made using the new Ground Advantage shipping will have delivery times, depending on region, of 3-5 business days. Priority Mail delivery times will remain 2-3 days.
