Q: How long will it take to get my shipment?
A: Shipments shipped using our economy shipping option should arrive within 4 to 5 business days of your order. Expedited shipments will be shipped 2nd day air and will arrive 2 business days after the day of your order.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Economy shipping orders will be processed and shipped the same business day if ordered by 11:00AM CT. Orders received after 11:00AM will ship the next business day, or Saturday, whichever is sooner.
Expedited orders will be shipped the same business day if ordered by 4:00PM CT.
Q: Which days do you ship?
A: We process and ship Monday through Saturday.
Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: We are located in Minneapolis, MN. All orders that we fulfill are shipped from this location.
Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: We use the most appropriate/protective packaging for the specific item. Pi 3 and 4 cases ship in boxes; Pi Zero boards also ship in boxes. We have also reduced our environmental footprint by shifting from plastic packing materials to re-cycled paper products.
Q: How do I return a product?

A: Products may be returned up to 30 days after ordering.
Q: Do you charge a fee to return a product?
A: No, we don't charge restocking fees for complete returns. We are focused on customer experience and want your story with our company to be a good one, even if you need to return a product.
